However, the newest experience team will be proactively assisting guests with booking, modifying and recovering FastPass+ selections, navigating the My Disney Experience app, and deactivating and reactivating MagicBands.

In addition, the guest team will also provide recommendations, help guests view attraction wait times, and give tips on how to navigate the park.

Fans Want Guy Fieri to Play Ursula in “The Little Mermaid“. The casting for Disney’s live-action The Little Mermaid has been the talk of the internet this week and has taken a hilarious turn.

The only official cast member at the moment is Halle Bailey who will be portraying Ariel and heavily rumored to play Ursula is Melissa McCarthy. While awaiting an official cast list from Disney, the internet has been having a field day speculating and presenting their casting choices online.

From fans wanting Gordon Ramsay to play Chef Louis, others thinking Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson should play the iconic rock from “Part of Your World“, to Terry Cruise announcing his interest in playing King Triton, the fan made casting choices keep getting better.

One such suggestion came from @domcorona_ who saw a resemblance to the villainous Ursula in Food Network Star and Chef, Guy Fieri. Apparently, Guy saw the post and retweeted the original post with lyrics from “Under the Sea.”

Guy’s retweet garnished over 625K likes and 100K tweets from fans who loved the idea. The likelihood of Disney casting Fieri in the role of Ursula is slim to none, but we have to admit the resemblance is uncanny. It’s also great to see Guy Fieri have such a positive attitude toward the casting idea and sharing it with his fans!

What are some of your favorite fan-casting choices you have seen this week? Who do you think should play Prince Eric, King Triton, Flounder, Sebastian, Chef Louis or Ursula? What other actors would you love to see cast? We would love to see your side-by-side suggestions!

Be sure to check back here at Chip and Company for any updates for the casting of Disney’s live-action The Little Mermaid.

Dieter Deussen and his five-year-old son Julian just completed the trip of a lifetime. In a span of 13 days, the duo from Germany visited seven different countries and eight different cities on their way to visiting all of the LEGOLAND® Parks throughout the world!

“The key to this trip was to have fun and enjoy extensive time with my son,” said Deussen while embracing Julian. “It’s a memory that we’ll have forever.”

Deussen simply wanted to create a special experience for his young son before starting school for the very first time in September. Knowing that his son is a big LEGO® fan, Deussen suggested a “LEGOLAND World Tour.”

“It didn’t take more than a few seconds for Julian to say yes,” said Deussen.

Originally from Dusseldorf, Germany, their adventure began at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort in the UK on June 27. Immediately following Windsor, the twosome set their sails for LEGOLAND® Billund (Denmark), LEGOLAND® Deutschland (Germany), LEGOLAND® Dubai, LEGOLAND® Malaysia, LEGOLAND® Japan, and LEGOLAND® California Resort, with their final stop at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort on July 9; only thirteen days after originally landing in the UK to start their journey!

“Traveling the world and visiting all of the Parks in just under two weeks is the ultimate LEGOLAND vacation,” said LEGOLAND Florida Resort Head of Public Relations, Shawn Mikus. “We’re really happy that LEGOLAND Florida Resort could play a small part in creating a lifelong memory for Dieter and Julian.”

The dynamic traveling duo spent valuable time at all of the theme parks, making sure they hopped on the most iconic rides at each destination. At LEGOLAND Florida Resort, the Deussen’s enjoyed THE LEGO® MOVIE™ WORLD, where they laughed their way to Cloud Cuckoo Land on Unikitty’s Disco Drop, soared on a ‘triple-decker couch’ while riding THE LEGO MOVIE: Masters of Flight and revved their engines at Driving School (where Julian earned his 8th different Driving School license from the trip).

“This is the only place in the world to see THE LEGO MOVIE WORLD and it was a lot of fun; Julian loves the characters,” said Deussen.

Although this was the first journey of its kind to visit all current LEGOLAND parks, LEGOLAND officials realized the Deussen “LEGOLAND World Tour” was not quite complete. LEGOLAND officials surprised the Deussen’s with complimentary tickets to visit LEGOLAND New York Resort, opening in 2020.

It took Deussen eight months and a countless amount of hours to plan for the trip, but he insists it was worth every moment.

“100 percent it was worth it. To see Julian smile so much at every park and interact with children from around the world, regardless of the language difference, was amazing for me to see. I would absolutely do it again.”

The Deussen LEGOLAND World Tour Schedule:

•           Thursday, June 27 – LEGOLAND Windsor

•           Friday, June 28 – LEGOLAND Billund

•           Sunday, June 30 – LEGOLAND Deutschland

•           Monday, July 1 – LEGOLAND Dubai

•           Wednesday, July 3 – LEGOLAND Malaysia

•           Friday, July 5 – LEGOLAND Japan

•           Sunday, July 7 – LEGOLAND California

•           Tuesday, July 8-9 – LEGOLAND Florida

Today Disney announced the line up for the Halloween Party this fall and with it, we noticed a change that seemed to slip right under the radar.

From Sept. 6 through Oct. 31, 2019 both Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure park will be transformed into dreadful delights with seasonal attraction overlays, Halloween-themed décor and food and beverage offerings, plus encounters with dastardly Disney villains, happy haunts seem to materialize around every corner!

To celebrate this year they are bringing back some of the old favorites we love to Disneyland:

One of the items missing from the Halloween Party was the Ghost Galaxy Halloween Overlay for Space Mountain! We don’t know if it is temporary or if this is a permanent change. However, Disneyland has so much in store this holiday season you surely won’t be missing anything!
